What are your standard colors and finishes?
Our standard colors and finishes vary by product and are listed on our individual brochures; product samples are available. Custom color matching is also available for a fee.
What are your manufacturing capabilities?
Polymer Industries manufacturing capabilities include sheet extrusion, ram extrusion, compression molding, pultrusion, annealing and fabrication. Our manufacturing knowledge allows us to not only produce sheets, rods, and profiles but also to convert these products through our state-of-the-art fabrication equipment to whatever stage of completion required by our customers. For example, we can produce sheets, cut to size blanks, or the finished parts themselves.
Do your materials comply with industry standards and regulations?

How do I clean the product?
Most of our products can be cleaned with standard household disinfectants. (Please test a small area to be sure there are no issues).
What are standard tolerances?
The industry standard is +/-10% for thickness and compression molder product and +/- 6% for extruded products.
What is your warranty?
Polymer Industries guarantees the product to be within the tolerances, color and size ordered. Polymer Industries makes no warranties expressed or implied, with respect to the use of such information or the use of the specific material identified here in combination with any other material or process, and assumes no responsibility therefore.
What is the standard lead time?
This is a variable question. Lead times are given at time of quote. We have an extensive inventory strategically placed in warehouses ready to ship.
What is the lead time for custom orders?
Lead times vary depending on the complexity and volume of the order. Please contact our Inside Sales Team for product questions and for specific lead time information.
Where do materials ship from?

All shipments originate in the United States.

Yes, and there is no additional fee to drop ship.

Yes, if prescheduled by the distributor.
Can we cut in half for UPS shipments?
Yes.
How many sheets to a skid?
This varies by the gauge and size of the material. For example: ¼” 5’ x 10’ sheets are 40 per skid, and ½” 5’ x 10’ sheets are 20 per skid. (Average weight: 2,500 pounds)
Do you offer global shipping?
