These properties, along with inherent machining ease, have made MECHETEC® Acetal one of the most widely used engineering grade thermoplastics. To meet specific application configurations and to maximize production efficiency, Polymer Industries offers a broad array of MECHETEC® Acetal stock shapes. These materials include both copolymer unfilled grades as well as an electrically conductive grade of MECHETEC® Acetal that is used in the micro-electronics industry to dissipate static electric charges.
